If you can’t sign in or don’t have the app, email us instead. We usually reply within two working days. If your question is about a purchase, include the email address of the Apple or Google account you paid with. Never send us your card number.
Frequently asked questions
How much can I listen for free?
Without a subscription you can listen for 15 minutes a day. The time resets at midnight. Apple Music songs don’t count toward it.
What does All Access include?
Every audiobook, all the music and every Vibe, with no daily limit. Plans cover 1 to 5 people: Individual, Duo, and Family for 3, 4 or 5. Children’s profiles count as seats.
I already subscribed. How do I get it back?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before, or open the subscription page and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by the store. On iPhone and iPad, open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. If you subscribed on our website, go to Me › Account › Subscription in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
It depends on where you paid. For the App Store, Apple handles refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request it in Google Play. For our website, email support@ai1st.fm. See Terms of Use › Refunds.
How do I play full Apple Music songs?
If you have Apple Music, go to Me › Settings › Apple Music and connect it. Without it you hear 30-second previews.
What are Kids mode and Teens mode?
They show only books and music right for your child’s age. Sign in, then choose Kids mode or Teens mode under Me › Modes and pick your child. Leaving the mode needs Face ID or your device passcode.
How do I link the AI1st Radio Kids app?
On your phone, go to Me › Family and tap Add a Kids device, then scan the code shown on your child’s device.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me › Account › Delete account, or use ai1st.fm/delete-account if you no longer have the app. Your likes, comments, playlists and listening history are erased, and anyone on your Family plan loses access. Your subscription isn’t cancelled automatically; cancel it in the store.
