Delete your account
The quickest way is in the app. If you no longer have the app, or can’t sign in, send us a request here.
In the app
Go to Me › Account › Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.
Request deletion without the app
Enter the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. We’ll email you to confirm it’s you, then delete your account within 30 days. If you used “Hide My Email” with Apple, tell us in the note and we’ll help you find your account.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, likes, comments, playlists, notes, bookmarks, listening history and any child profiles you created. Anyone on your Family plan loses access.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store first. Some data may stay in backups for up to 14 days before it is overwritten. See our Privacy Policy.
